Favorite Things #9

There's one thing that H&N has had since they were a baby and can't go without til this day.
H's Bear Bear and N's Blanket.

Having a spare or duplicate will NOT suffice. There's a certain smell and texture about it that brings them comfort. They are well loved!

Did you have a "lovey" as a child? What was it?
What's your kid(s) lovey?

  1. That is so cute. I don't think I've ever had anything that I could not do without.. unless I just don't remember. I wonder if our baby will have one!

    1. I had a Snoopy doll hehe. Some kids do and some don't, but it will be fun to see if your baby will choose one. You will have to keep me posted ; )

    1. Hehe thanks Mandi :) Looking at these photos make me miss holding my lil babies.
Was your bear the Snuggles bear, like the fabric softener?

  3. My sister & I had this big panda bear that we both loved. It was so floppy b/c the stuffing was no longer in its neck. One day, my parents bought an identical panda so we'd stop fighting over it. Of course, neither of us wanted the new panda because it was so stiff!! Hehe. What cute photos of your napping angels & their lovies! J has a Teddy which he loves dearly. We don't have a replacement. We remind him to take good care of Teddy because if he's lost, we can't get another one.

    1. I think all lovey dolls tend to get the floppy head syndrome :P I totally understand why neither of you wanted the new panda haha!
Ah yes Teddy, I love the pics you take of him and J ; )

  4. I don't remember having a lovey myself, but Anna loves her Pooh bear. When she took it to Disney this past October, she got many comments that "the Pooh bear was well loved." Will likes his Kai-Lan, but he doesn't need to take it everywhere, although he has to sleep with it. When they were a bit younger, they both have blankets they like, but they are not necessary anymore.
