Favorite things #4

This might seem a bit weird to include on a favorite things list but I'm going to include it anyways. I really like garlic!

Now I know some people like it so much or believe it can lower cholesterol so they eat it raw but that's not me. I like it as a flavor enhancer to food. I believe I like almost any food with garlic in it, garlic mashed potatoes, garlic bread, garlic stir fried with pretty much any green vegetable...the list goes on.

Don't worry, if I am going to meet up with people, I usually remember to chew some gum, take a mint, or brush my teeth before hand! But if I forget, at least it'll keep the vampires away, right?! HAHA!

What is your favorite flavor enhancer?

  1. Yum, I LOVE garlic too! At this American restaurant, they served this oil, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flake, and magic mixture that was good enough to drink by the cup! I love garlic! My coworker was in San Fran and had a dish called 100 garlic chicken. Wow! Anyways, besides garlic, I love Chiu Chou spicy oil, fish sauce, and Worcestershire -- i don't use that enough, haha!!

  3. I love garlic as well. Garlic has other natural healing properties in it besides lower cholesterol. It also helps with colds and flus, and infections, especially ear infections in children. Among a number of other things. I can't get enough of garlic! YUM!
