For my sweet valentines!

Instead of giving my kids candy or sweets I wanted to make them something for Valentine's. I'm sure H will get plenty from school today and enough to share with N later.
When H saw me designing our lunch buddies logo she mentioned to me that she wanted a shirt like that. Take a peek of my Bumble & Dot inspired tees...
Do you see my special message I put on their shirts?

What was one of your favorite valentine's you ever received?
Did you do something special for your kids or someone you love today? Love to hear your ideas!

Happy Heart Day!
Eva

  1. Hi - these shirts are sooo cute! You should make them in adult sizes and sell them on your website... Long-sleeves, short-sleeves, and tank-tops... Maybe even matching shorts, too! I would totally buy some! Happy Valentine's Day! Amy B.

  2. Very cute! They are so playful with the 2 characters! Gotta put your shop name somewhere so ppl know tho, walking ads anyone? Hehe. JK. So did you use t shirt transfers for these? That's my preferred method. Though screen printing looks like a lot of fun. Last night, I finished making cards for J's class (hope they like them) and last night I dipped strawberries and pretzels in chocolate. The boys might have had one too many this morning ;). It's so satisfying to eat your own chocolate-dipped treats! I am always afraid to buy them in stores b/c I don't know how fresh the fruit or pretzels are. Stinks when you bite into a stale, chocolate dipped pretzel. Happy V day!

    1. Thanks Lisa! haha I was thinking of putting the logo on there too... Maybe I should make a few designs so H & N can be my walking ads. Is that child labor tho? :P
I used transfers for this shirt but would love to try screen printing. Mmmm fresh chocolate strawberries and pretzels are the best. So easy to do and cost much less than the premade ones :D
      Happy HEART day!

  4. Oh, how cute! We tried to make healthy cupcakes today, but they turned out yucky. And Baby C made a card for her daddy. :)

    1. Thanks Mandi!
Aww to bad on the healthy cupcakes. How did you make them healthy? Did you add fruit? or veggie? less sugar?
I love when kids make their own cards. I'm sure your husband loved it :)
